The University has created a digital twin pilot of the Sheila Scott building with the goal to contribute to the decarbonisation program. The University currently had a team of students from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Massachusetts who completed a project on “Integrating Stakeholder Needs with Digital Twin Data for the Decarbonisation of the Sheila Scott Building”. Their goal was to analyse stakeholder feedback 和 observational data alongside the digital twin to formulate suggestions to reduce the Sheila Scott building’s carbon emissions. They identified the stakeholders that engaged in building operations 和 retrieved information that is known to the building operation. With the data gathered they created a case that will help us identify the in-depth human factors in the building.
